The interior of Canaletto's House, as installed in Washington D.C. in 1995. Some of the interactive work can be seen. The hands, for example, when touched activated a device which permited the image of a young girl to bcome visible before fading again. Thje ceiling of the house was of translucent fiberglass, tinted blue. This gave the interior an underwater-like cast.
